Refund policy

We want you to love your Morning Rain products.

If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at hello@morningrain.eco within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund. You do not need to return the product.

To help us find your order quickly, please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us at hello@morningrain.eco and include a photo if possible. We will make it right with a refund or replacement.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Morning Rain may decline refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or unrelated to a genuine product satisfaction issue.
